Solution:
IMI managed and coordinated the restoration of a major U.S. city's telecommunications and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) after a terrorist attack. IMI worked with a majority of municipal agencies and dozens of vendors to quickly restore telecommunications capabilities and coordinated the construction of a new temporary EOC and a family assistance center.
Results:
Our client's telecommunications capabilities and EOC were fully operational 36 hours after the initial city outage.
