IMI was challenged with the relocation of a client's emergency dispatch operations department.
Solution:

IMI identified and verified the agency's requirements, working closely with dozens of 3rd party solution providers. IMI initially selected an immediate temporary relocation space and later transitioned its client into a new permanent location.

IMI's relocation process included development of the following:

 
  • Telecommunications design
  • Facility design
  • Operational plans
  • Transition and cutover plans
Results: Our client's emergency dispatch operations department experienced a successful cutover to the new facility without disrupting operations resulting in zero downtime and no loss of emergency calls.
