Major Municipal Elections Board

IMI was challenged with the design of elections systems for a client after the client's previous efforts proved unsuccessful.

IMI reviewed and evaluated all current elections systems and integration methods. IMI's analysis process included development, management and documentation of the following:

• Systems integration touch points and dependencies
• High-level system design and architecture
• 3rd party procurement processes
• New hardware and software requirements
• Backup and recovery plans
• Testing and training procedures
• Implementation of several new election support systems
